Limited Warranty
GUIG (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to all GUIG products purchased directly from www.guig.ca (“the site”) or authorized sellers and provides coverage as described below.
Warranty Period
GUIG products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty starting from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What Is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Functional failure that occurs under normal, intended use within the warranty period

If a defect covered by this warranty is identified within the 30-day period, we will, at our sole discretion:

• Repair the product (if repairable)
• Replace the product with the same or a comparable model
• Issue a refund (in the original form of payment)

What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, aging, or cosmetic changes (e.g., scratches, fading, minor discoloration)
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
  Accidental damage (e.g., drops, impacts, crushing)
• Damage from exposure to water, liquids, extreme temperatures, or other environmental conditions, unless the product is explicitly labeled and marketed as waterproof or water-resistant
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
• Damage resulting from use with incompatible accessories or non-GUIG products
  Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or secondary markets
• Loss of use, incidental or consequential damages, or any other losses arising from the product

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service:

• Contact us within the 30-day warranty period
  Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos of the defect/damage (if applicable), and proof of purchase
• Follow the instructions we provide (which may include returning the product at our expense if the claim is valid)

We will review your claim promptly and respond with next steps. Proof of purchase and the original packaging (where possible) may be required.
Additional Important Information

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Any replacement product provided under this warranty will be covered only for the remainder of the original 30-day period.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your province or territory in Canada, which may not be limited or excluded. Nothing in this warranty affects those statutory rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in GUIG products. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
