Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Alberta, Canada).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once processed, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location within Canada:

Alberta and British Columbia: 5–8 business days
Western and Central Canada: 6–10 business days
Eastern Canada and remote areas: 8–12 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, weather conditions, peak seasons, customs delays (if applicable), or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders across Canada (unless otherwise indicated during checkout for specific promotions or oversized items).
We reserve the right to update shipping rates or introduce fees for certain products or destinations; any changes will be clearly displayed at checkout.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on www.guig.ca or by contacting us.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, customs clearance (if applicable), or carrier issues.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information and notify us within 7 days so we can assist.
