Returns
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories
Include - Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions via email, including the return shipping address and any required documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt:
Personal wellness products (e.g., skincare, supplements, intimate items)
Undergarments, swimwear, or hosiery
Personalized or custom-made items
Defective or incorrect items remain eligible for return or exchange within the 30-day period.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs and any associated risks during transit.
In cases where the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error by GUIG, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as GUIG is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
How to Request a Return

Provide your order number, a description of the issue (if applicable), and photos if the item is defective
